NO SHOW / LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Our booking policy is designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line, and in turn, our affordability. But also to keep things fair for all clients.
When booking any appointment over 1 hour in time, a credit card is required to secure your time slot. No charges are made to this card unless you no show our salon, to which then there is a $50 fee applied.
No-shows and last minute (under 24hrs) cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us, and we potentially are out of pocket.
A no-show is simply when you do not turn up for your appointment, and you did not let the salon know you were not coming to your booked appointment.
If you need to cancel within the 24 hour cancellation period, you are agreeing to forfeit your deposit if we are unable to fill that time slot.
If this appointment was a gift voucher, free treatment or a packaged treatment, the time has been lost and therefore the voucher, free treatment or packaged treatment has been forfeited.
If you do not have a card available we can PayPal invoice you, send bank details or you can come pay a cash deposit to hold your appointment time. This is required to all clients.
SALON SERVICES REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds on any salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify the stylist within three days of your service.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will require you to come back into the salon for a visual inspection of the work and discuss further options with us.
SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Beyond the Fringe may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping.
Those companies will be permitted to obtain your personal information that they require to deliver that service.
All advertised prices are in Australian Currency (AUD) and are subject to Goods and Service tax (GST). GST is included in all our service prices and products.
The Price List is subject to change at any given time without notice.
All deliveries are a flat rate of $12.50 for packages under 2kg.
Spend over $200 with FREE delivery. AUS wide only.
Shipping can take 1-5 business days.
We do endeavour to have your purchase sent within a 24 hr period to when order was placed.

We work hard to ensure all products on our website to be accurate.
As much as we try to avoid it, on occasions the information on our websites may contain inaccuracies or handling of such product via a human error. If the item is so different from the description that you would not have bought it, you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the product.

PRODUCT HAS A FAULT
If the item has a minor fault, please contact our team who will request evidence of the minor fault and upon receipt of that we will discuss options.
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase, for any other order discrepancy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of invoice date with all detailed information. After 7 days, we reserve the right to decline discrepancies.
