Having trained under some well known trainers here in Australia, with more than 8 years experience in the field, she has expanded her knowledge over these years to become a master in her craft.
We provide interactive and effective training – allowing lash technicians to enhance and build on their skill set. This means you will gain a comprehensive understanding of both the theory and practical sides of lashing, so you can either start your own business or work in a salon.
Our training courses are designed so that everyone has the opportunity to grow in this field of a competitive and expanding market.
Whether it be starting out as a new technician, expanding on current knowledge, new techniques, speed or even guidance, we here to help you along this journey and give you the confidence to do amazing work.

ZERO TO LASH - 2.5days
In this two day course you will learn the foundations of lash extensions, be taught different techniques, master secrets, as well as a gaining a sound understanding of the theoretical requirements for Classic lash application.
Each participant will walk away with total confidence , full access to Sarah for ongoing mentoring and the opportunity to take on a third day if you intend to start up your own business.
- Introduction to eyes & eyelash knowledge
- Safety and hygiene practices
- Eye shapes, lash types, lash design and styling
- Client consultation and forms.
- 1:1 eyelash extension application
- Practical – mannequin application and live models, photographic work
- Removals, refills and taping methods

Day1
- 9am- Student induction.
- Eyelash theory.
- 12pm lunch
- 1pm Techniques via mannequin application
- Cleansing, application , removal and refill knowledge.
- 5pm course concludes
- Homework overnight 1- 1.5 hours.
Day 2.
- 9am. Mannequin and technique overhaul.
- 10am- Live model 1
- 1pm lunch
- 2pm Live model 2
- 5-6pm course concludes and we recap.
- Model assessments required via email before day 2.5.
Day 2.5
- Live model assessment, re-cap on anything your struggling with, assessment of live model and certificate. (9-12pm) This day is booked @4-6 weeks after your day 1+2, as this is a free assessment, it will be required in my salon unless prior arranged
Day 3 (OPTIONAL)
- A third day is available for business modules if you are to start up your own business.
- What you need to know about setting up a business, all the requirements.
- Learning the ins and outs of running a successful business.
- How to attract clients using social media. Marketing ads. How to retain your clients.
- We highly recommend this, and we can also do an extra live model to build your confidence, and teach you how to take great pictures and market yourself. We also guide you to have the right mindset for success. $399
LASH TO LUSH – 2.5days
Russian volume 2 day course
This is for the Classic Lash Technician who is ready to step it up and take business to the next level by learning the art of how to create handmade Russian volume fans.
Why learn Russian? Unlike classic, Russian volume can create more drama to the lashes, fill in missing space, and create and all round fluffy look which so many ladies are looking for now in this industry.

We will guide you through the process of how to make a fan with the correct tools, using the secrets of the masters.

LASH MASTERY - 3.5 days

This is the course for you, everything that’s included in classic and volume courses jammed packed into 3 full intense long days. If you want to start out in both areas right away, be ready for all things lashes in this mastery course.

FULL ON LASH - 1 day

This 1 day intensive course includes theory and live model practice.
You must already be Russian volume trained to take this course, photos of your work will be required before induction.

LASH MENTORING - Half day or full day
Are you a struggling lash stylist? Did you do a short course and don’t feel confident?
You may need help with certain aspects of your lashing? Lack speed, slow in your time, lash prep, isolation, styling, placement, taping methods, retention etc…
Im here to help and guide you from all that is stopping you from being a successful and booked out lash stylist. We can work on anything you want and what you are most struggling with.
To take this course must have had some sort of lash training. This is not for complete beginners.
- Half day $399
- Full day $699 including lunch
- 1 on 1 course.
- This can also be designed for a lash studio with more than 1 struggling stylist.
